We work with companies of every size, from a hotel with a few loaner bikes to a whole team's worth of employee bikes in a single day.
Choose a Safety Check Day (quick 10-15 minute checks, great for Bike to Work Day events) or a Wellness Tune-Up Day (a full ~30 minute tune-up per bike), booked as a half day or a full day.
We also handle fleet assembly, recurring fleet maintenance retainers, and specialize in e-bikes and cargo bikes. What is a corporate bike clinic?
A pop-up bike shop at your workplace. Our mechanics set up stands, tools, and parts on-site; employees drop off their bike or e-bike with a quick QR check-in and get a text when it's ready — most riders are back on a freshly serviced bike the same day.
How many bikes can you service in one day?
It depends on the depth of service and how many mechanics we bring. A solo mechanic typically covers 20-45 bikes in a day; for bigger teams we add mechanics so the queue keeps moving. Tell us roughly how many bikes you have and we'll size the day so nobody waits around.
How does pricing work?
A flat day rate quoted to your team's size — never per-bike, so there's no incentive to rush anyone's bike. Parts are billed as actuals and only with each rider's approval, and most bikes don't end up needing any at all.
What do employees have to do?
Almost nothing: sign up from a link or QR code, drop the bike off, and pick it up when we text that it's done. The digital waiver is part of check-in — no clipboards.
Do you service e-bikes and cargo bikes at clinics?
Yes — e-bikes and cargo bikes are our specialty, not an afterthought. Hub motors, mid-drives, longtails, and front-loaders are all welcome in the queue.
What if a bike needs more than the clinic can handle?
The rider gets a free on-the-spot diagnosis and a referral to our Mission District shop with priority booking. Everything we do fix at the clinic is covered by a 14-day workmanship guarantee.
